Dr. Michael McMullen Bio
Dr. Michael A. McMullen, DNP, FNP, PMHNP-BC attended Slippery Rock University where he earned his BSN in 2009 and continued on to the University of Michigan-Flint earning his Doctorate of Nursing Practice in 2013. In 2017, Dr. McMullen completed the Substance Abuse Administration training for medication assisted therapy for opiate abuse. Dr. McMullen also holds memberships in SAMSHA, Nurses Services Organization, and the American Nurses Credentialing Center.
Dr. McMullen is an experienced and highly skilled provider specializing in numerous aspects of Adult Psychiatric Mental Health. In 2014 Dr. McMullen began working at JHS Primary Care, in addition providing mental health services to patients in Apache Junction, Arizona via telepsychiatry. In 2016 Dr. McMullen opened Lawrence County Mental Health and Wellness.
